For an effective prevention of termite infestation in your facilities, kindly allow us to present to you briefly our recommended technical service described as follows:
1. All labor, materials, and equipment to render soil treatment of your facilities shall be furnished by MAPECON; and
2. MAPECON shall treat the soil of the Foundation footings, Floor slab and perimeter area to make them impervious and toxic to subterranean termites and shall make the soil of termite environment uninhabitable for long time.
The application of our Termite Proofing Work (TPW) - Soil Treatment follows the sequence of procedures stated as follows:
A.) Foundation Treatment: Prior to pouring foundation, apply termiticide solution per square meter of surface (bottom and side) of excavations for footings and foundations where excavations are constantly under water due to seepage.
B.) Floor slab treatment: Prior to placing of vapor barrier, apply termiticide solution per sq. m of the sand bedding directly under the concrete slab.
C.) Cordoning method- Injecting termiticide solution at the soil perimeter of the building using injectors in order that the chemicals (F3D Concentrate) thoroughly saturate around the building.
D.) All application of termiticide solution shall be done by the use of power sprayer. Our equipment includes a continuous mechanical agitator in the chemical tank to ensure even application of termiticide.
If your building/home is in termite-infested area, there's nothing like a regular Termite check-up. During this monthly or quarterly visit, our trained technician inspects all crevices, surfaces, corners and paces conducive to termite attack. And he treats any signs of infestation by dusting or Trophallaxis method, wood injection, residual spraying or other similar techniques using MAPECON F-3 POWDER termiticide or F3D LIQUID when needed. Regular TAMP inspections and treatments minimize the possibility of an infestation by dry and damp wood termites as well as by subterranean termites.
Trophallaxis Method - treatment of all infested places using the MAPECON F3 POWDER. Areas susceptible to termite attacks like earthen tunnels, cracks, ceiling, crevices, baseboards and other passageway of termites are to be treated with slow-acting powder form of chemicals.
To prevent subterranean termite from damaging nearby wood, we treat the soil around the building by cordoning, trenching or injection methods with a distance of 18-20 inches apart from the center using MAPECON'S proven and effective termiticide and fungicide F3D concentrate.
Using heavy-duty drills for cemented areas and soil injectors for compacted soil, we can inject MAPECON F3D deep under the surface to penetrate the hidden areas susceptible to subterranean termites thus giving you a greater protection package. The distance between drilled holes is 1 meter apart using our Metabo Heavy drilling machined.
Is designed mainly for the control of subterranean and dry wood termites, we treat all infested parts of the building by: Residual spraying on infested and non-infested portions and other habitat of subterranean and dry wood termites, we treat all infested wooden parts of the building concentrating on floors, walls, baseboards, ceiling, cracks and crevices. This is to control surface infestation and helps minimize future infestation.
